4 slices of deli turkey (smoked or roasted)

4 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your preference)

2 tablespoons honey mustard or apple butter

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Whole grain or spinach tortilla wraps

Fresh spinach leaves (optional, for added crunch)

Prepare the Apple: Core the apple and slice it into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. If desired, toss the slices in lemon juice to prevent browning and add a hint of tang.

      Layer the Ingredients:
