2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon cornstarch (for extra crispiness)

For the Ranch Dip:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill

1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges about 1 inch wide, ensuring they are roughly uniform in size for even cooking.

      Season the Wedges: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper (if using), and cornstarch. Toss the sweet potato wedges in the mixture until they are evenly coated.

        Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they aren't overcrowded (use two sheets if necessary).
