1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

    Blend the Dates: In a food processor, add the pitted Medjool dates. Blend until they form a sticky paste. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
