2 ripe peaches, sliced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or cilantro (optional)

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Prepare the Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, honey, sriracha, cinnamon, and paprika. Whip until smooth and creamy. Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha according to your preference.

    Prep the Tortillas: Warm the flour tortillas slightly in a microwave (about 15 seconds) or in a dry skillet for improved pliability. This will make them easier to roll up.
