1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Cauliflower: Rinse and dry the cauliflower head. Cut it into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.

    Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Sriracha sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

      Coat the Cauliflower: Drizzle the sauce mixture over the cauliflower florets. Toss well until every piece is evenly coated with the spicy honey glaze.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

            Cooking Time: Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness. They should be golden brown and crispy.
