1 cup cooked black beans (drained and rinsed)

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup diced zucchini

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

For the Crunchy Topping:

1 cup tortilla chips, crushed

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

¼ cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh for extra spice)

For the Spicy Avocado Cream:

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt to taste

For Assembly:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Lime wedges for serving

Extra cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Taco Filling:

          - In a food processor, combine the ripe avocado, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.

            Prepare Tortillas:

              - If using flour tortillas, warm them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable. For corn tortillas, wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for about 30 seconds or until warm.
