Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup dark chocolate ganache (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup strawberry jam or fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup vanilla pudding or whipped cream

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for dusting)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Assemble the Quesadillas:

      - Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

        - Evenly spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.

          - Drizzle 1/4 cup of the dark chocolate ganache over the cream cheese.

            - Spread half of the strawberry jam (or sliced strawberries) on top of the chocolate.

              - Dollop half of the vanilla pudding or whipped cream over the jam.

                - Place a second tortilla on top to form a quesadilla.

                  Cook the Quesadillas:

                    - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

                      - Once hot, carefully place the assembled quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

                        - Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the second side is golden and heated through.

Add Finishing Touches: Once cooked, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it sit for a minute.

                            - Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice it into wedges.

                              - Optionally, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder for an extra touch and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Serve: Serve warm with additional ganache, whipped cream, or fruit on the side for dipping!
