Ingredients

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 ball of burrata cheese (about 8 ounces)

2 cups arugula (or mixed greens)

2 tablespoons balsamic reduction

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional: Crusty bread or crostini for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F - 400°F).

Prepare the Peaches: Brush the cut sides of the peach halves generously with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Grill the Peaches: Place the peaches cut-side-down on the grill. Grill them for about 4-5 minutes or until they are caramelized and have nice grill marks. Flip them over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm through.

Assemble the Platter: On a large serving platter, spread a bed of arugula or mixed greens.

Layer the Burrata: Tear the burrata cheese into large pieces and arrange it artfully on top of the greens.

Add the Grilled Peaches: Once the peaches are done, carefully remove them from the grill and place them cut-side-up on the platter alongside the burrata.

Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction: Lightly drizzle the balsamic reduction over the peaches and burrata for added flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Finish with fresh basil leaves scattered on top for a pop of color and freshness. If desired, serve with slices of crusty bread or crostini on the side for dipping.
