Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Avocados: Carefully scoop out a little bit of the flesh to make more room for the toppings. Brush the inside of each avocado half with olive oil.

Mix the Coating: In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

Fill the Avocados: Generously sprinkle the cheese mixture into each avocado half, ensuring they are well-coated.

Air Fry the Avocados: Place the avocados in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Carefully remove the avocados from the air fryer using tongs. Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle with hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
