3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Cabbage: Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage. Slice it into 1-inch thick steaks, ensuring each steak is intact (you should get about 4-6 steaks depending on the size of your cabbage).
