1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth and creamy.

      Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until evenly blended.
