2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Pepper-Jack cheese

1/2 cup green onions, sliced (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

      Add the Chicken and Cheese: Stir in the shredded chicken, shredded Pepper-Jack cheese, sliced green onions, and chopped jalapeños until well incorporated.

        Season: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch (or similar-sized) baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove the dip from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with additional sliced green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced veggies for dipping.
