4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups broccoli florets

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl or a resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).

        Arrange Ingredients on a Pan: On a large baking sheet, lay out the marinated chicken breasts in the center. Arrange the broccoli florets around the chicken. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the broccoli to coat.
