1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup granulated sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

Whipped cream, for topping

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until all crumbs are moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 8 small dessert cups or ramekins to create a crust. Set aside.

    Make the Cream Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens (around 2 minutes).

      Combine Cream and Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth, then fold in the thickened vanilla pudding until fully combined.

        Layer the Cups: Start by spooning a layer of the cream filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup. Add a layer of banana slices on top of the cream filling. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the cups, finishing with a layer of cream filling.

          Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
