¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Fresh basil or cilantro, for garnish

Red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick (optional)

Olive oil, for drizzling

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Bagels: Slice the mini bagels in half, creating a total of 12 halves. Arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.

      Toast the Bagels: Lightly brush the cut sides of the bagels with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden and slightly crispy.

        Make the Avocado Spread: While the bagels are toasting, scoop the flesh of the ripe avocados into a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash everything together with a fork until you reach a creamy yet slightly chunky consistency.
