Ingredients
  

4 cups ripe honeydew melon, cubed and seeds removed

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup coconut water

2 tablespoons honey (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Honeydew: Start by cutting the honeydew melon in half. Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh, cutting it into approximately 1-inch cubes.

    Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, add the honeydew cubes, ice cubes, coconut water, honey, and lime juice.

      Blend Until Smooth: Pulse the blender on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. You may need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well blended.

        Taste and Adjust: Once blended, taste the slush. If it isn’t sweet enough, add more honey as desired and give it another quick blend.

          Serve: Pour the honeydew slush into chilled glasses.

            Garnish: Optionally, garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint for added aroma and presentation.
