Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade pizza dough

2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Prosciutto slices for added flavor

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the Dough: Brush the dough with olive oil, ensuring an even layer across the surface. This will help achieve a crispy crust.

        Assemble the Pizza:

          - Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.

            - Arrange the thinly sliced peaches on top of the cheese in a circular pattern. If you're using prosciutto, add it at this stage.

              - Crumble the goat cheese over the peaches and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

                - Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the Pizza: Place the pizza in the preheated oven (or on the pizza stone) and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Add the Finishing Touches: Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with fresh basil for an aromatic finish.

Slice and Serve: Let the pizza cool for a minute, then slice it into wedges and serve hot!
