Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup marinara sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced salami

½ cup slices of prosciutto

½ cup sliced pepperoni

½ cup sliced black olives

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup pickled jalapeños (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

Flour for dusting

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, aiming for a circular shape about 12-14 inches in diameter. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a piece of parchment paper for easy handling.

Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread the marinara sauce over the pizza dough, leaving about a half-inch border around the edge for the crust.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.

Layer the Charcuterie: Arrange the salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni delicately on top of the cheese. Feel free to get creative with the placement, making sure to cover the surface well.

Add Vegetables: Scatter the sliced black olives, red onion, and pickled jalapeños (if using) over the charcuterie.

Season: Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings, and sprinkle with garlic powder, fresh rosemary, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the Pizza: Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment paper) onto the heated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Slice and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice it into wedges and serve while hot. Optionally, garnish with extra fresh herbs for an extra touch!
