2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (to brighten flavors)

1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or a gluten-free alternative) for thickening

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
