2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cauliflower florets

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 yellow bell pepper, diced

1 medium zucchini, sliced

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and zucchini.
