2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 whole wheat pita bread

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
