2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 whole wheat pita breads

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)

1 cup cucumber (diced)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

½ red onion (thinly sliced)

½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)

Fresh spinach or mixed greens for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into strips.

      Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, tahini, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and combined.

        Assemble the Pitas: Warm the whole wheat pita breads in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until pliable. Spread a generous dollop of the yogurt-tahini dressing in each pita.

          Fill the Wraps: Begin layering by adding a handful of spinach or mixed greens, followed by sliced chicken, diced cucumber, cherry tomato halves, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
