2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Hatch green chiles, canned or roasted, diced

½ cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced Hatch green chiles, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.

    Warm the Tortillas: Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side just until warmed and pliable.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spoon ½ to ¾ cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and cilantro if using.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll from the bottom edge up to encase the filling securely. Repeat this process with remaining tortillas and filling.
