2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fettuccine (cooked and drained)

1 cup Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C). Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

      Prepare the Flatbread: While the chicken is resting, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

        Build the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce evenly on each flatbread. Add the cooked fettuccine noodles on top of the sauce, followed by slices of grilled chicken.

          Cheese It Up: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken and fettuccine on each flatbread.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of leftover Alfredo sauce if desired. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
