When cooking shrimp, achieving the perfect texture and flavor is crucial, and the method you choose plays a significant role. Using medium-high heat is essential for a quick cook, which helps retain the shrimp's juiciness while developing a delightful sear. This cooking temperature allows the garlic to infuse its aroma into the shrimp without burning, ensuring that every bite is flavorful.
