1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Hot sauce, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
