1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter lettuce or Romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1 cup diced cucumber

1 cup shredded carrots

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Sliced radishes and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the Lettuce Wraps: While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing and drying them. Lay out the individual leaves on a serving platter.
