Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup watermelon, cut into cubes

1 cup grapes, green or red

1 cup blueberries

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash and cut the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, and grapes as needed. Make sure the pieces are similar in size for even skewering.

Make the Yogurt Dip: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the vanilla Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well blended. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

Assemble the Skewers: Take wooden or metal skewers and start threading the fruit onto them. You can create patterns or group similar fruits together for a colorful display. Aim for about 4-5 pieces of fruit per skewer.

Chill: Place the assembled fruit skewers in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. This will help them stay fresh and crisp.

Serve: Once the skewers are chilled, arrange them on a platter. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side in a small bowl. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Enjoy: Dip the fruit skewers into the yogurt dip and enjoy the refreshing and delicious combination!
