Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or granola

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully blended and smooth.

Prepare the Baking Tray: Line a baking sheet (approximately 12x16 inches) with parchment paper. Leave some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to evenly spread it into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the yogurt base, slightly pressing them down into the mixture so they stick.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries and yogurt using a spoon or a piping bag for a decorative touch.

Sprinkle Sea Salt & Optional Toppings: Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top to enhance the flavors. If desired, add any optional toppings such as crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or granola for an extra crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet by lifting the parchment paper. Break the bark into pieces and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
