Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans - roughly chopped)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruits (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add Crunch: Gently fold in the granola, chopped mixed nuts, and optional mini chocolate chips or dried fruits. Ensure everything is evenly distributed without breaking up the granola too much.

Line the Pan: Line a baking dish or a flat, rectangular container (approximately 8x8 inches) with parchment paper for easy removal.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish. Spread it evenly using a spatula, smoothing the top to create a uniform layer.

Freeze: Place the dish in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the mixture is completely frozen.

Cut into Wedges: Once frozen, remove from the dish using the edges of the parchment paper. Place on a cutting board and cut into wedges or bars.

Serve or Store: Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper. Keep in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
