Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Silicone ice cube or muffin tray

Instructions

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are fully incorporated. The vibrant green color of the matcha will infuse the yogurt with a beautiful hue.

Prepare the Berries: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel. If using strawberries, slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Fill the Molds: Spoon a tablespoon of the matcha yogurt mixture into each section of the silicone ice cube or muffin tray, filling each about halfway.

Add the Berries: Press a few pieces of berries into the yogurt mixture in each mold, then top with a little more yogurt to cover the berries completely. You can also sprinkle some granola on top if you want a crispy texture.

Freeze: Carefully place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, gently twist or pull the tray to release the frozen yogurt bites. Serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Enjoy: These delightful bites are perfect for a refreshing snack or a light dessert.
