Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.

Add Walnuts: Gently fold in the chopped walnuts until they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Scoop the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt-walnut mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each scoop slightly into a cluster shape. Leave some space between each cluster.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are firm.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you'd like to add a chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over the frozen yogurt clusters using a fork or piping bag, then return to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serve: Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the clusters from the freezer. Let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying their delightful creamy texture.

Store: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
