Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups granola (your favorite type)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped, optional)

1/4 cup dried fruits (such as cranberries or apricots, optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Fresh fruit slices for garnish (such as strawberries or bananas)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Granola and Nuts: Gently fold in the granola, chopped nuts, dried fruits (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.

Line a Baking Dish: Line a rectangular baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt granola mixture into the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula, evenly spread and press down the mixture to create a flat surface.

Freeze: Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid. For quicker freezing, spread the mixture out thinner.

Slice into Wedges: Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and lift out the solid yogurt block using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into wedges or bars.

Serve: Serve the frozen yogurt wedges garnished with fresh fruit slices and an additional drizzle of maple syrup if desired. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
