Frozen Yogurt Mango Lassi Bites

Ingredients
  

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional for authentic flavor)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mangoes: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), cardamom (if using), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed. If you prefer a sweeter treat, add additional honey or syrup.

      Mold the Mixture: Pour the mango lassi mixture into silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin tins. Leave a little space at the top as the mixture may expand when freezing.

        Insert Sticks (Optional): If you want to make popsicle-style bites, insert toothpicks or popsicle sticks into the center of each mold before freezing.

          Freeze: Place the trays in the freezer and let the lassi bites freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

            Unmold the Bites: Once frozen, carefully remove the lassi bites from the molds by gently tugging on them or running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

              Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle finely chopped mint leaves on top of the bites for a refreshing touch.

                Serve & Enjoy: Serve the Frozen Yogurt Mango Lassi Bites immediately for a cool treat, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
