Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 ripe banana, sliced

½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Parchment paper

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and fully combined.

Create the Yogurt Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, flattening them slightly with the back of a spoon to create round shapes. Aim for about 8-10 rounds depending on your desired size.

Add Favorite Toppings: Sprinkle granola evenly over each yogurt round, pressing down gently to ensure it sticks. Top with a few slices of banana and mixed berries as well as optional mini chocolate chips or nuts, if using.

Create Sandwiches: Carefully place another yogurt round on top of each topped round to create sandwiches.

Freeze Them: Put the baking sheet in the freezer and let the sandwiches freeze for about 2-4 hours or until completely firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the rounds from the baking sheet. If desired, you can cut them in half for smaller bites. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later.

Enjoy! These Frozen Yogurt Granola Sandwich Rounds make a perfect snack or dessert, combining creamy, crunchy, and fruity elements in every bite.
