2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed toffee bits

1/4 cup crushed walnuts (optional)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

    Add Chocolate Chips and Toffee: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed toffee bits, and crushed walnuts (if using) until evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

      Line Baking Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

        Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly using a spatula. Smooth the top for a neat finish.

          Melt the Topping Chocolate: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
