Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts (for topping)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prep the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate hazelnut spread, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Pour into Molds: Scoop the yogurt mixture into silicone coin-shaped molds (or mini muffin tins) until they are about 3/4 full. If you don’t have molds, you can use a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts generously on top of each yogurt coin, pressing them down slightly to ensure they stick.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely firm.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the coins from the molds. If using a baking sheet, you might need to let them sit at room temperature for a minute to loosen them up.

Storage: Store the frozen yogurt coins in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to two weeks.

Enjoy: Serve these delightful treats as a refreshing snack or dessert anytime!
