1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Preparation of the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly blended and smooth.

    Add Coconut: Fold in the shredded coconut, ensuring that it is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

      Mold the Rings: Spray a silicone donut mold with a light coat of cooking spray to prevent sticking. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the mold, filling each ring about 3/4 full. Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
