Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or flavored yogurt of your choice)

1 cup granola (your favorite blend)

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

½ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

½ cup crushed cereal (e.g., Cheerios or Rice Krispies)

Silicone coin molds (or any round molds)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until well blended and smooth.

Add Texture: Gently fold in the granola, mixed nuts, mini chocolate chips, dried fruits, and crushed cereal until everything is evenly distributed in the yogurt mixture.

Mold the Coins: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the silicone coin molds, filling each mold to the top. Press down gently to ensure it's compact.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Release the Coins: Once frozen, remove the yogurt coins from the molds by gently pulling them away from the edges.

Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately as a snack or dessert, or store them in a zip-lock freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Optional Toppings for Serving: You can drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the coins or serve them with fresh fruit for an extra burst of flavor.
