2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and slice them into thin coins. You can also mash them if you prefer a different texture.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

      Add Cinnamon: Stir in the ground cinnamon to the yogurt mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

        Layer the Ingredients: In a rectangular or square baking dish (or a silicone mold for easy removal), spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture to cover the bottom.
