The beauty of homemade treats like Fruity Bliss Frozen Strawberry Bars lies in their adaptability. You can easily adjust the sweetness to suit your taste. Start with the suggested sweetener in the recipe, but don't hesitate to modify it. If you find the mix too tart, consider adding more honey or agave syrup. Conversely, if you prefer a less sweet bar, reduce the sweetener gradually. Always taste the mixture before freezing, as flavors can sometimes mellow out during the freezing process.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola or crushed nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Blend the Strawberries: In a blender or food processor, add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: After blending, taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.

Pour into Molds: Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. If using granola or crushed nuts, sprinkle them on top before adding the lid to the popsicle molds.

Insert Sticks: Carefully insert the sticks into the molds, ensuring they are positioned in the center.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the bars are completely solid.

Unmold the Bars: To remove the frozen bars from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks to release the bars.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your homemade frozen strawberry bars immediately or keep them stored in a freezer-safe container for future snacking!
