Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, add the frozen mango chunks and frozen pineapple chunks.

Add the Liquid: Pour in the coconut milk (or almond milk) and Greek yogurt.

Sweeten It Up: If desired, add honey or agave syrup, along with the vanilla extract and lime juice.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds, or until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy.

Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency and blend again.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness.

Enjoy Immediately: This smoothie is best enjoyed right away, but you can store leftovers in the fridge for a few hours.
