Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, as preferred)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for added sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (for drizzling, optional)

Chopped nuts (like almonds, peanuts, or walnuts for topping, optional)

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Start by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a blender or food processor.

Blend the Ingredients: Add the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bananas in the blender. Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the banana-peanut butter mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

Insert Sticks: Gently insert the sticks into the molds. If your molds have a cover, secure it; otherwise, just place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze: Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

Prepare Chocolate Drizzle (Optional): If you want to add a chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

Unmold the Pops: Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds. If they are difficult to remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.

Drizzle and Decorate: Drizzle melted chocolate over the pops and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before serving.

Serve & Enjoy: Enjoy your creamy Banana Bliss Pops as a delicious and healthy treat on a warm day!
