Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 large apple (preferably a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp), cored and diced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Silicone ring molds or donut-shaped ice cube trays

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Apples: Gently fold the diced apple pieces into the yogurt mixture. Ensure the apple is evenly distributed throughout.

Mold the Rings: Spoon the yogurt-apple mixture into the silicone ring molds or donut-shaped ice cube trays. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth the tops. If desired, sprinkle granola on top of each ring for extra texture.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.

Unmold the Rings: Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt rings from the molds. If they are sticking, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to help release them.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy the frozen yogurt rings immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for a refreshing snack later. These are perfect for hot summer days or as a healthy dessert!
