2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen for creaminess)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings:

Fresh mango slices

Kiwi slices

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced mango, sliced kiwis, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds.

    Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more of coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
