2 cups rotini pasta (or any pasta shape of your choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup bell pepper (any color), diced

1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen, thawed)

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

1 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down, then set aside.
