4 ripe peaches, sliced

4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

4 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and baby kale)

1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, toasted

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
