1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

Zest of 2 limes

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional for garnish)
