2 large cooked chicken breasts, shredded or sliced

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

2 cups fresh baby spinach

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh basil leaves

½ cup balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 avocado, sliced

Prep the Ingredients: If you haven’t already, shred or slice the cooked chicken breasts. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. If you're using avocado, slice it into thin pieces.

    Assemble the Tortillas: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Drizzle a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil across the center, followed by a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

      Layer the Base: Place a handful of baby spinach over the olive oil, followed by an even distribution of the shredded chicken, mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
