  • 0.25 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Preparation: Start by patting the shrimp dry with a paper towel. This helps them sear better. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  • Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant – be careful not to burn it.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, until they turn pink. Flip them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
